Mediums: Black Pigment Liner Pens This is loosely based on the "Sea Dragon" sea horse. I went to the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium and watched these awesome-looking things swim around for quite a while. I took some artistic license, giving it odd stripes and scales here and there. |
