Media: Ink, Marker, Colored Pencil on Bristol Board

As both practice and an attempt to drag myself out of a bad artist's block, I did some drawings of characters from the player-run Ultima Online shard I play on. This is Lord Kauri, one of Sylvan Heart's wonderful staff members.

I used essentially the same method I used for "Moonlit Dance of the An'Wesp", in which I sketched, inked, and then completely filled int the background with a dark color, in this case a dark green, and then did all of the light and shadow with colored pencil. The only difference in this case is that I only filled the background with the dark color. In order to make the character stand out from the background, I colored him with "normal" base colors.

While I still think it has some problems, I'm still quite happy with it.
